Die Deutsch-Russische Rohstoff-Konferenz hat sich als Plattform etabliert, bei der Nachwuchswissenschaftler beider Länder ihre innovativen Ideen vorstellen, ihre fachlichen Kenntnisse im Bereich der Rohstoffwirtschaft erweitern und miteinander diskutieren können. Zur 13. Deutsch-Russischen Rohstoff-Konferenz bestand erneut die Möglichkeit, sich als Nachwuchswissenschaftler mit rohstoffwirtschaftlichem Themengebiet für die Konferenzteilnahme zu bewerben und eine eigene Forschungsarbeit vorzustellen.
